The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services and transactions carried out by Four Dots:

The Company shall provide the services with reasonable skill and care, and in accordance with the agreed upon scope of work.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time, with or without notice.

All intellectual property rights in the services and any materials provided by the Company shall remain the property of the Company.

The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Company is accurate and complete.

Return and Refund Policy

Our printing press has a return and refund policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction.

If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the printed materials, they can return the order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

The customer must contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and provide a reason for the return.

We will then provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and arrange for the return shipping.

Once the returned goods are received, we will issue a full refund or exchange the order for a new one, whichever is preferred by the customer.
